Atlas Professionals is looking for professionals to work as CTV Port Captain with one of the clients of the office in Singapore, Singapore. It’s a temporary position in Taiwan. Do you have the necessary experience?
Minimum 5 years of seagoing experience, with recent exposure to CTV or offshore support vessel operations.
Strong knowledge of maritime safety systems, vessel operations, and HSEQ standards.
Proven experience in onboard crew training and performance management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Job description
The CTV Port Captain (Vessel-Based) plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of crew transfer vessels (CTVs) in offshore wind projects. This position is responsible for ensuring that all onboard activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and international maritime regulations. The Port Captain provides direct support and leadership to the vessel crew, focusing on continuous improvement in operational performance, safety culture, and technical reliability.Job requirements
STCW Management Level CoC (Master offshore wind experience). Minimum 5 years of seagoing experience, with recent exposure to CTV or offshore support vessel operations.
