We are seeking an HSE Supervisor to join our team for the SW Project. Under the supervision of the RSES-D/On-Site Company Representative, the HSE Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and supervising the HSSE activities carried out by the Contractor and Subcontractor(s) on board the vessel. This professional will ensure that all contractual and technical HSSE requirements are properly implemented, guaranteeing compliance with the established standards and procedures for workplace safety and environmental protection.

Job description

The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the application of health, safety, and environmental (HSSE) standards on board the vessel, promoting the company's ethics and "Code of Conduct." Their activities include supervising the implementation of the HSSE plan, conducting daily inspections, verifying the contractual compliance of contractors and subcontractors, and coordinating corrective actions in collaboration with the Operational Safety Leader. Additionally, the Supervisor will be responsible for promoting a safety culture on board, participating in daily meetings and audits, recording and following up on incidents, providing HSSE advice to the construction team, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. The implementation of the Golden Rules, regular HSE audits, and monitoring safety campaigns are also part of their responsibilities.

Job requirements

Education/Level
Engineer or equivalent
Languages
Fluent in Portuguese
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of the COMPANY's Golden Rules and HSE specifications
Familiarity with COMPANY's CR and GS standards
T-HUET and CBSP certification
Knowledge of Brazilian offshore regulations for maritime, environmental, and NR areas

  • Deep understanding of SIMOPS and HSE rules
