The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting projects in terms of materials and logistics. In collaboration with the Project/Works Managers, they prepare projects. This includes ensuring that all materials and PPE are operational, fully certified, and delivered to the site. After project completion, materials are returned, maintained, and, if necessary, re-certified. Additionally, the role involves managing the warehouse and inventory. You will be responsible for the registration and certification of all our project related equipment.

Job description

  • Managing inventory and organizing the warehouse
  • Preparing and coordinating material and logistical aspects (including mobilization/demobilization) of projects
  • Preparing and providing input for project material lists
  • Ensuring timely, periodic inspections of equipment and PPE
  • Conducting regular workplace inspections
  • Evaluating completed projects
  • Supporting project management

Job requirements

  • Completed technical education (Offshore/Marine/Civil) or similar at a minimum MBO level
  • At least three years of experience in material management
  • Proficient in English and Dutch, both spoken and written
  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiar with safety procedures, legislation, and operational procedures in the marine and/or offshore industry
  • Preferred: Technical knowledge of Rope Access equipment
  • Preferred: Forklift license
  • Preferred: Certification to inspect lifting and electrical equipment (NEN 3140 certificate)
  • Preferred: Offshore certifications (GWO)


  • Flexible and not bound by a 9-to-5 mentality and open to occasional travel abroad for work
  • Hands-on with a strong affinity for the marine and/or offshore industry
  • Stress-resistant
  • Technically inclined
  • A team player but also capable of working independently
  • Skilled in administration
  • Precise and orderly
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Ideally residing in the IJmuiden/Haarlem/Amsterdam area
