Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reactive account management of the company’s current business and self-funder clients
- Booking management of our B2B customer base
- Ensure timely responses to all enquiries and booking requests
- Front of house representative for delegates and visitors to training centre
- Communicate with relevant Sales Executive to support on all upsell/cross sell opportunities
- Proactive certificate expiry management to secure delegate recertification
- Conversion from manual booking to portal booking where appropriate
- Purchase Order Management
- Promptly resolve any invoice queries
- Monthly reporting of activity levels including account managed client and self-funder recertifications, invoicing status, credits and conversion to portal bookings
- 60% conversion of all account managed client expiries/refreshers secured
- 100% of PO’s in at time of booking (where pre-approved none over 7 days post course)
- Less than 1% credits / individual
- Weekly late availability promotional emails to all account managed clients
- 1 x monthly promotional campaign, targeted themes to support local product drivers
- OTE of $500 payable per month across 4x main KPI’s:
- $200 per month - achievement of individual monthly B2B budget (minus any revenue loss credits)
- $100 per month – achievement of Self-Funder budget (minus any revenue loss credits)
- $100 per month – achievement of 60% conversion on course recertifications
- $100 per month – achievement of 5x new Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s) per month for sales team
