Atlas Professionals are looking for a Crewing Coordinator to join our US Marine Team.
This role is working with one of our key clients on a new project to provide support for all the marine training requirements for the professionals working on a new US flagged vessel.

Job description
You will be responsible for the training requirements for US mariners deployed to work on an offshore wind farm vessel in the northeast of the US. Ensuring that the relevant certification requirements are met in line with the Client Matrix. Communicate with the professionals to organize and book the necessary training, updating relevant systems and informing the client of progress. Liaising with the Clients and the Crew Manager on a day-to-day basis with regards to STCW and industry courses to be booked, crew changes to be scheduled and coordinating all marine related aspects of the offshore personnel.We are looking for someone that thrives on working closely with offshore professionals, has a keen eye for detail and enjoys coordinating and organizing training, travel and logistics.

Job requirements
How can I achieve success?As a training and crew coordinator you will be the point of contact for all marine training requirements. In addition to this you will be required to have the following experience and skill sets
- Have previous experience working in a training or maritime capacity
- Have previous experience using comprehensive training matrices
- Has a keen eye for detail
- Is able to analyse and use large data sets
- Have experience organising, coordinating diaries and booking various training courses
- Is able to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
- Enjoy communicating with professionals, training providers, clients and other external stakeholders
- Marine experience is preferred but not essential
