In August 2012, Atlas Professionals acquired Offshore Marine Management’s subsea cable personnel agency in Bristol. Now, as Atlas’ Offshore Wind team, they have substantially diversified in their market to service the entire life cycle of the offshore wind sector from permitting and consenting through to commissioning and O&M and have subsequently become the leaders in specialist recruitment for the Offshore Wind and subsea cable sector.
The Team
With expertise in Crewing Management, Offshore Management & QC, Subsea Cable and Offshore Wind, Atlas’ dynamic and multilingual team has the experience in recognizing the expertise required for global offshore wind energy projects. The team of Account Managers, Personnel Coordinators, Admin and Ops Support, Tax and Finance each have a significant role to play in the recruitment process. The Account Managers are at the heart of daily operations and work alongside their clients to ensure that they source the right professionals for their projects. They also have the additional support of their assigned Personnel Coordinators and Admins & Operations teams, who have the ability to multi-task and prioritise crew changes and all associated travel and logistics.
The team’s tax and Finance department have the expertise in global financial legislation, the secondment of personnel and local tax and social security regimes tax to support the team and their professionals with any requirements they may have.
With the team’s experience, knowledge and connections in the field, the team are able to follow their ambitions to work with the likes of tier 1 developers and EPC contractors as well as all parties within the supply chain. The team’s recent bringing together of the Offshore Management & QC team into the Offshore Wind team will continue to make a positive impact on their growth and more importantly the opportunities they are able to offer their professionals.
