In April, Atlas hosted an offshore wind recruitment day on behalf of DONG Energy at the Grimsby Institute in the UK. Over 200 people attended the event who were interested in hearing about the latest projects with Atlas Professionals in the renewable energy market.
Successful Candidates for Race Bank
Since then, the Offshore Wind team based in Bristol, has secured two candidates for the Race Bank offshore wind farm project. DONG Energy recently took over the wind farm’s construction which is located in the Greater Wash area, approximately 27km off the East coast of the UK.
The two candidates were successful in obtaining a contract with Atlas and will be working as Site Technicians on rotation for two years. “This is a fantastic achievement for the both of them,” says Atlas’ Account Manager for DONG Energy Ruth Coiley, “and we want to wish them all the best on this project and look forward to seeing what the future holds for them in the offshore wind industry.”
