Throughout the years, Atlas’ relationship with global energy company Total has stayed strong through our production and maintenance personnel. Recently, our relationship has become even stronger due to Total E&P Nederland’s review on Atlas’ performance.
Today, Atlas’ Production and Maintenance teams have two contracts with Total E&P Nederland. The first is for Crane operators. Atlas’ team has been responsible for 17 crane drivers in fixed positions on a rotation of 2 weeks on/ 3 weeks off.
“We are in regular good contact with their operational and recruitment managers as well as with procurement,” says Atlas commercial Director Jochen Scholten, “Through this alliance Atlas has become the sole provider of offshore crane drivers for Total E&P Nederland in the Dutch part of the North Sea.
The other contract is for senior plant technicians, buyers, roustabouts, logistic teams, material and waste coordinators and yard employees. For this contract the team was able to supply seven personnel to the project which covered roles such as superintendents, supervisors, HSE supervisor and well site geologists.
“Through the work of Account Managers Kees Tinga, Arie Trimmer and Jochen Scholten Atlas has served a good performance in the supply of their personnel,” says Corine Martini from Total E&P Nederland’s contract department. “We are very satisfied with Atlas as one of our agencies.”
As one of Atlas’ biggest clients and with an annual turnover of EUR 4,500,000 (2014), this recognition from Total E&P Nederland has put Atlas at the forefront of Production and Maintenance personnel recruitment.
