Atlas Professionals are looking for a passionate skilled Account Manager to join our Drilling team. The Marine and Drilling industry is a key part of our local economy in Aberdeen and we are proud to have long term partnerships with our Clients as this is key to everything we do. This role is a client facing role working closely with our Senior Recruiters to service those clients.

Job description

The Account Manager role is perfect for individuals who are autonomous, driven, meticulous and thrive on achieving success for their clients.

Our Account Managers work in partnership with our clients to help them fill their offshore temporary positions. This role is focused on delivery and crew management. You will work with a portfolio of clients to develop key relationships with a variety of stakeholders from HR managers to Rig Co-ordinators / HR Business Partners.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the mobilisation of the crew, overseeing the compliance behind this process and maintaining our existing relationship with the client.

Job requirements

As an Account Manager you will be the first point of contact for your clients and the professionals we have working for that client. In addition to this you will be required to have the following experience and skill sets. 

Essential

  • Extensive experience working in a recruitment role.
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure the best service is provided.
  • An ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
  • Excellent face to face, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in coordinating projects with multiple facets.
  • Demonstrate a pro-active approach to work

Desirable

  • Recruitment experience within the oil and gas sector.
  • Experience working in a Client focus role.
  • Experience / knowledge working in the Drilling industry would be advantageous.
