Job Description

To drive full-cycle recruitment across the UK infrastructure and energy investment market, working closely with funds and developers. This role will be based in the Barcelona office and is focused on both candidate delivery and business development, operating as a 360-recruitment consultant. The consultant will be responsible for growing client accounts, building candidate pipelines, and contributing to team revenue targets in a high-performance environment.

Organisational Relationships: Renewables & Infrastructure Division (EMEA). Collaborates closely with peers in London and Barcelona offices.
Works directly with clients including private equity funds, developers, and investment managers, with a primary focus on the UK market.

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (360 desk): sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and client delivery.

·  Proactively generate business through outbound activity, including cold outreach, client meetings, and market mapping.

·  Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.

·  Consistently achieve KPIs and revenue targets in line with company objectives.

·  Create and execute strategic search plans across core focus areas: legal, business, finance, and infrastructure investment roles.

·  Use business English to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.

A. Education & Training

  • Degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.

B. Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a 360 recruitment consultant in a professional services environment.
  • Track record of high outbound activity and strong KPI performance.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in legal, financial services, or corporate environments.
  • Prior experience working in business English in an international setting.
  • Familiarity with the UK market and/or working with UK-based clients is a plus.
