Job description
-
Lead and coordinate deck crew during WTG heavy lift and transfer operations
-
Ensure safe execution of lifting, rigging, and deck activities in compliance with HSE standards
-
Communicate closely with crane operators, Lifting Supervisors, and vessel bridge team
-
Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety checks before operations
-
Report progress, issues, and near misses to the Offshore Superintendent or Lifting Supervisor
Job requirements
- 5+ years of offshore experience with proven success in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of rigging, deck operations, and offshore lifting procedures
- Rigging/lifting certifications
- GWO
- HUET/BOSIET/FOET
- OGUK + Chester StepÂ
