Job description

• Lead and manage a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Supervise complex service tasks and projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
• Act as a liaison between the service team and management, providing updates and regular reports.
• Work withing HSE standart rules.

Job requirements

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency;
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Naval Engineering;
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position;
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally for service assignments;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel);
• Proficiency in reading and understanding mechanical, hydraulic and electrical diagrams, as well as mechanical drawings;
• Profiency in dealing with field signals (4-20mA, 0-10V, Hart, relay outputs, PT-100) and industrial network protocols;
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D program;
• Familiarity with electrical circuits, electric panels, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and ATEX standards;
• Familiarity with SCADA systems, Electric Motors, Motors, Heat Exchangers, Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic and Safety Valves, Load Cell Functionality/Calibration, Pressure and Temperature Sensor Functionality/Calibration, Piston Pumps with Fixed and Variable Displacement, Hydraulic Motors with Fixed or Variable Displacement, Electric Motors;
• Familiarity of Siemens PLCs (S7-300/S7-1500) and industrial network protocols;
• Knowledge about Drum Winches, Chain Tensioning Systems, and Crane Functionalities.
