Maintenance Supervisor

Atlas Professionals is looking for qualified and competent Maintenance Supervisor for its Oil & Gas, offshore and EPC clients in UAE/ KSA/ Qatar/ Oman/ Kuwait.

Job description

• Supervise daily maintenance operations ensuring smooth, safe operations.
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and emergency repairs, managing team resources effectively.
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities, including equipment repairs and part replacements.
• Lead a team of technicians and support personnel in troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely support for maintenance.
• Oversee safety procedures during maintenance, ensuring the well-being of all personnel.
• Provide reports on equipment status, recommending improvements and upgrades to increase efficiency.

Job requirements

• Strong background in offshore oil & gas, marine, or gas field operations.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS, maintenance scheduling, and reporting systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem resolution of critical equipment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards (ISO, API, OSHA).
• Previous supervisory experience in maintenance teams.
• Ability to manage emergency and shutdown operations effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
• Certifications in maintenance management, safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
• Offshore safety certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET).
• Training in equipment maintenance systems and CMMS.
