Atlas completes it very first recruitment event in Gdynia, Poland with many European Professionals looking forward to developing their career in areas they excel at.
On 24th and 25th of October, 2022, Atlas Professionals held a two-day Recruitment Event in Gdynia, Poland that witnessed participation from dozens of Professionals experienced in various industries that are looking to continue in their fields or pivot to other industries such as Renewables, ROV, Seismic, Survey and Offshore Drilling. The event represented a first for Atlas as it is the biggest event Atlas organized in Poland. To this end, numerous Atlas colleagues across several European offices joined forces to ensure it is as successful as it can be.
Poland was chosen as the country represents an exciting opportunity for Atlas due to it being location full of willing and able Professionals that can easily be introduced to the global market Atlas has more than 40 years of experience operating in. As the location of the event was finalized, Agnieszka Kuzniar, Account Manager, was assigned to arrange location for the event due to her being originally from Poland. To successfully execute such event of great importance, the designated Atlas Team reviewed around the latest 1000 applications from Poland and started drafting a plan to increase our presence in the region, welcome Polish applicants, and initiate recruitment processes for global Atlas vacancies.
Gdynia was chosen as the designated place for the event as it was conveniently located within a tri-city area close to where a wide group of offshore Polish Professionals reside - Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia. Apart from being a strategic location for our event – Gdynia turned out to be a really welcoming and pleasant city too!
A Complete Atlas Experience
The event allowed Atlas to present our company values, business solutions and career opportunities we offer for Professionals with varying levels of qualifications, experience and backgrounds. We told the Atlas story – why we excel at what we do and what can they expect if they trust their careers with us - introduced all colleagues present on the event, and then engaged with Professionals on a 1-2-1 basis to offer a personalized recruitment experience. We had a chance to listen to the feedback attending Professionals have for our industry and what their expectations were from a recruitment company regarding compliance, safety and working conditions. During the course of the event, Atlas staff from all over Europe experienced in Recruitment were present to ensure every Professional can be introduced to the best possible career option there is and are introduced to the benefits of trusting their careers with Atlas.
The recruitment event witnessed several Professionals being selected by European Atlas Clients for an immediate start date with many additional talents being introduced to career opportunities that would align with their career expectations. By the end of the event, we had the opportunity to experience what Poland has to offer, meet with excellent and highly experienced Professionals hailing from the region and broaden our network of Marine, Energy and Renewables Professionals by introducing even more Polish talent into our pool of diverse, international talents. Overall, we are highly content with how the event turned out and how our goal of introducing veteran and eager Polish Professionals willing to contribute to the growth of our industries to our Clients was a success.
