Atlas Professionals (Atlas) and Inosys are pleased to announce the signing of a global strategic Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) to combine Atlas’ marine industry-leading resourcing and HR services with Inosys’ world class Seekat next-gen remote oversight and assurance digital platform.
With technology playing an increasingly critical role in marine operations, companies recognise the need to accelerate the adoption of digital solutions to ensure they remain at the competitive leading edge. Seekat is a digital technology stack for a new generation of offshore survey, construction and operations and maintenance projects. By combining content management, data visualisation, geospatial and collaboration tools in a real-time platform, Seekat enables clients to do more, with less.
As such, the symbiotic collaboration between Atlas and Inosys brings together deep industry knowledge, technical resources, digital strategy and know-how to deliver solutions for a new generation of offshore energy projects, helping clients through successful transformations in their operations. “The collaboration is a powerful combination with many synergies that reflect current industry digitalisation and automation trends and clients’ future needs. Inosys’ deep understanding of the problem space, its digital expertise, and agile, collaborative approach is uniquely complementary to how the Atlas business team works,” said Giles Thompson, Inosys Director.
Atlas’ Offshore Management and QC division focuses on helping developers and operators grow their natural energy resources by providing key consultancy services related to exploration, survey and installation. “Our core activity is the provision of highly experienced and qualified consultants, including client representatives, supervising and monitoring complex offshore and onshore operations,” said Grant Johnston, Commercial Manager for Management & QC and Renewables at Atlas.
“Our Professionals work closely within our clients’ project teams to manage day to day offshore and onshore operations, review or compile scopes of work and procedures and check contractors reports. Thanks to this collaboration, Atlas’ clients and their representatives will have the opportunity to use Seekat. Working with Inosys will allow us to deliver more flexible solutions, providing enhanced QC and assurance services, both remotely and offshore, bringing transformation for our clients and the very best level of service to ensure our clients are on the best path for delivering successful projects,” Grant concludes.
