Atlas Services Group Marine, specialised in providing professionals to the marine industry worldwide, acquired the remaining 25% shares of International Crew Services (ICS). For Atlas Services Group this is another step towards the strengthening of our market leader position within the Marine industry.
Joining forces
In the current economic climate, efficiency is of increasing importance. Clients continue to expand and professionalise. This is also the focus within the strategy of Atlas Services Group. Therefore we are pleased to announce that as of April 2013 both companies will integrate and trade under the name of ‘Atlas Services Group Marine’.
