From 26-28 November 2019, the Bella Center in Copenhagen opens its doors to WindEurope Offshore: Europe’s flagship offshore wind event which will gather 9,000 participants to drill down on the practical challenges of putting offshore at the core of our energy mix.
Poster Abstract: The Wind of Change from a Human Capital Perspective
The boom in renewable energy means the sector will need more personnel in the years ahead. What is the current status of the personnel shortage and what will be the expected personnel need for the coming years? How can we bridge the gap? Joost Pellis, Strategic Manager at Atlas Professionals, will share his thoughts on the HR shortage in the wind industry and how to solve this in a Poster abstract.
