When Nautronix was set up in 1983 in Perth, Australia, their first focus was on Acoustics. Nowadays they are headquartered in Aberdeen, UK and last year expanded their capabilities with the launch of a Survey Division targeted at the offshore construction market. Atlas provides Nautronix with offshore professionals to help support this division.
In 2012, Nautronix launched a survey division in response to increased customer demand, for a comprehensive range of survey capabilities. Nautronix strives to provide their customers with the best service possible and this includes the supply of a range of survey services to the offshore construction industry.
The experienced team of onshore and offshore survey personnel provides a comprehensive range of survey capabilities – ranging from onshore bid support and project planning through to supply of final survey and positioning deliverables. Nautronix uses and supports a range of survey and positioning systems, including both their own acoustic products, such as NASNet®, and industry standard 3rd party systems.
One of the current Nautronix projects is a long term contract with the Norwegian SURF contractor, Ocean Installer AS, for the supply of survey services to support their offshore construction activities. The contract includes the provision of onshore and offshore survey and positioning services in support of tendering and project activities. Atlas Services Group provides Nautronix with offshore personnel for their Survey Services division to help successfully deliver high quality services to Ocean Installer.
