On 24 January 2019, the 5th Asia Offshore Wind Day took place in Tokyo, Japan. The event successfully brought together senior executives active in the offshore wind industry in Asia.
Growth in the sector
The Asian offshore wind industry is expected to grow significantly in the coming years. With the Japanese government expected to further stimulate the wind sector, the offshore wind sector will grow significantly in the coming years. Next to this, other growing markets such as China, South Korea, Taiwan, India, Australia and Vietnam were discussed as well during the conference.
Ian Marshall, Business Development Manager at Atlas Professionals, attended the conference and presented our HR services, global reach and plans in the APAC region.
