The Survey office of Atlas Professionals based in Newquay, UK, has hosted a week of training on the Boskalis software DV2 (DredgeView2).
Practical knowledge
The five day course was delivered by one of the Boskalis DV2 experts and was attended by a selection of Atlas professionals. The training gave the professionals a comprehensive practical knowledge of online acquisition and offline processing using the bespoke Boskalis software: essential skills whilst working with Boskalis on their worldwide projects.
Invest in training
Atlas, in partnership with Boskalis, continues to invest in the training and development of its Professionals. “This course not only continues the well-established partnership with Boskalis but also highlights our commitment to our Professionals in keeping them at the front line of required offshore skills” said Paul Hampton, Survey Business Manager at Atlas Professionals.
“Not only did the professionals receive world -class training but it gave them the opportunity to meet the Atlas Survey Team. It was also an opportunity to socialize with other offshore surveyors and enjoy some proper Cornish hospitality!”
