Over the last year, we have undergone some organisational changes in order to adapt to a changing environment and market in which we operate. It is now time to invest and build for the future, and to help facilitate this, we have appointed Paul Hampton as the new Survey Business Manager. Paul brings with him, extensive experience and a contagious enthusiasm for his work and we welcome him to the team!
Understanding what our clients need
In our Survey Team, there is a strong focus on providing knowledge based advice and support for Clients and Professionals alike. With Paul Hampton, we managed to increase our level of knowledge within the team that consists of dedicated Account Managers with years of experience, combined with several other offshore personnel. This will result in a better understanding of the requests from both clients as professionals and enable us to further evolve the services on offer.
Experience, understanding and drive
With his extensive background in the industry spanning over 15 years, focusing on the Offshore Survey and Construction sector, both in Oil & Gas and Renewables, and also as an onshore Operations Manager, Paul will bring his experience, understanding and drive to Atlas.
Paul stated: "With my experience from both the Client and Professionals perspectives, and as such understanding the needs and expectations of the clients combined with empathy for the Professionals, I believe I will be able to refine further the delivery of quality and successful personnel services. I can already see the quality and commitment in the team and am looking forward to contributing to the continued success of the organisation."
