South West Surveys and Geomotive become official Atlas offices

On 28^th September 2015, two subsidiaries of Atlas Professionals, South West Surveys (SWS) and Geomotive, will become official Atlas offices. 

The offices based in Exeter (UK) and Vic (Spain) have been a part of Atlas Professionals for several years, expanding Atlas’ scope in Offshore Management & QC, Marine Environmental, QHSE and the Seismic and Electromagnetic markets.

Atlas’ Offshore Management & QC Office

As specialists in offshore consultancy, SWS specialise in the provision of a variety of personnel for the offshore industry, from client representatives to project managers. SWS have a strong focus in a number of industry sectors, including Oil and Gas, Renewable energy and Telecoms. SWS will change to Atlas’ Offshore Management & QC office.

Managing Director of South West Surveys, Damian Francis, explains the importance behind this brand change for their company. “The synergy between SWS and Atlas has been very successful over the past four years; we have continued to build and improve our services together whilst maintaining the independent consultancy nature of our business. Atlas’ Seismic & Electromagnetic Office

Geomotive is a leading provider in the supply of skilled personnel to the Geophysical, Electromagnetic and Seismic industries. The office also specialises in the Marine Environmental sector and the provision of marine mammal observers and passive acoustic monitoring. Geomotive will become Atlas’ Seismic and Electromagnetic office.

Atlas Professionals acquired the remaining shares of SWS and Geomotive in 2013; fusing these sectors to Atlas’ ever growing network.
