Atlas Professionals drive to provide competency management for their personnel is starting to gather pace!
The Need for Competency Management
In the last few months, requests for Competency Management Schemes (CMS) have increased. More and more Professionals are expressing their interest in joining the Atlas Competency Scheme (ACS), to develop further through a structured CMS programme that will enable career development and could increase their work options.
Alongside this, clients are intensifying their searching methods to ensure accredited competency for all personnel. This is great news, as it shows that both clients and professionals are just as dedicated as Atlas when it comes to competency management.
What are the Stats?
To date, around 10% of Atlas’ personnel hold official IMCA Grading with this rising to 40% in the coming months. This is in addition to our standard, in depth recruitment and selection process that is certified under the Quality Management standard ISO 9001:2008.
In the last few weeks we have invited another 27 personnel to join our scheme following increased requests from our clients.
ACS is Expanding
Further to the expansion within the survey industry, Atlas is looking to expand our scheme and processes into other niche markets.
