London, 11-13 March 2014 – Last week Atlas Professionals attended Oceanology International; the world’s largest exhibition for marine science and technology, held every two years.
Visitors to the Atlas stand were offered the opportunity of enjoying a daily breakfast in the morning, followed by a tasteful local Cornish Ale in the afternoon. During the exhibition, many of our current and future clients and contractors stopped by the stand to discuss business, strengthen relationships (and enjoy the refreshments!).
The Business Card Draw was a tremendous success. We would like to congratulate the winner; Jan Arvid Ingulfsen, Survey Manager in the Atlantic Region for DOF Subsea AS, who received a magnum bottle champagne.
During the week, we were able to share some of our new developments with our clients and contractors. Firstly, Atlas announced an increase in support levels in the Asia Pacific region. In addition to supplying marine and cable crew, the Singapore location now also offers services within the Survey and Construction department. Secondly, the company announced that the Survey and Construction department in the UK has obtained a new dedicated team that deals with the global supply of ROV personnel. Andrew Blears, Director Newquay, UK: “Following our success in representing high calibre survey personnel to our clients, we were asked to take the same approach of openness and transparency for the provision of ROV personnel. We are happy to see a full operating and dedicated team, who really understand our passion for the future of the Energy and Marine Industry”.
All in all, Atlas thanks everyone who participated in the event and looks forward to meeting again at Oceanology International 2016.
