Job description

Your tasks will include the independent management and implementation of service projects in the high-voltage network (>= 110 kV) of our customers. Typically, this includes the coordination of repair services as well as projects for the renewal of line sections in the oil cable, gas pressure cable and XLPE cable network of the energy suppliers. In this context, you are responsible for the successful implementation of service projects and ensure high quality in terms of costs, time and quality. You will work closely with the site management and the installation department. Further key tasks are:

• Actively drive growth strategy for Service and Installation in the Netherlands and Belgium
• Assessment of scope, site conditions and required means to fulfill our cable projects
• Coordinate with organization and suppliers to arrive at a technical solution that can be executed as sold/promised 
• Technical preparation of the offer, including cost calculation and preparation or collection of all necessary documents
• Responsible for Project Management of Service Projects and Service Level Agreement
• Building client relationships during offering and execution phase
• On-call duty (Emergency call from service clients)
• QHSE on site

Job requirements

You have a degree in either mechanical, electrical, civil or industrial engineering and you have experience with project & sales management, preferably within the cable industry and/or substation. Further important qualifications are:

• First experience in project management 
• Travel activity of approx. 10 % - also short-term international journeys
• Fluent in Dutch and English, proficiency in German 

As a person you are responsible, conscientious and precise. You can work independently, but are also aware of the fact that our line of work is a team effort. You can manage various stakeholders and can communicate on different levels. The office is in Rotterdam, but you will be spending most of your time on site(s) in The Netherlands. Trips to sites in Belgium and Germany could also be necessary.
