Installation Manager

We are currently looking for an Installation Manager for our client based in Almere, Netherlands. Our client provides transformer stations, energy storage systems & charging stations for electric vehicles.

If you are a driven professional with a passion for electrical engineering and have experience in managing electrical installations and are you good at automating processes, please apply!

No two days are the same! One day you'll be checking and monitoring product quality after setting up our products on site and the next day you'll be giving tool box meetings or supervising the service contracts. With more than 350 installations, automating processes is essential. This concerns both the management of the installations and new installations.

Responsibilities:

In this position, colleagues must be able to rely on you to be able to work as safely as possible.

- You will be working in a service team of more than 40 professionals with a passion for electrical engineering.

- You show leadership and dare to make decisions;

- You are a source of information for technical chapters;

- You draw up reports for, among other things, risk assessments, access regulations, key policy, inspection plans, switching letters for complex or confusing installations;

- You report and report emergencies

- You are involved in managing and supervising (Assistant) Mechanics and Service Technicians;

- You have a proactive attitude in achieving the departmental objectives (roadmap);

- Deployment of an asset management system.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

- A valid certificate for IVWV LS/HS. If you do not yet have this certificate in your possession or has it expired? Then we expect your commitment to achieve it.

- Experience with electrical installations and components at low and high voltage level.
