Business Manager - Hoofddorp

In this role, the Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Hoofddorp Energy team currently based at Wijkermeerstraat, Hoofddorp. The current team have a history of delivering services to our long-standing client base within the Energy sector.

As the Business Manager you will be responsible for the management and performance of your team, for ensuring strong relationships are maintained with existing clients, identifying and developing new client relationships and the achievement of the budget for your team. You will work collaboratively with support from key departments of the organisation situated globally.

Job requirements

As a Business Manager, you will report to the Deputy General Manager of the division and you will have responsibility for your direct team in Hoofddorp and be able to demonstrate the following experience and skill sets:

• Previous experience as a manager of a successful contract recruitment team or similar.
• A proven track record of managing and developing relationships with clients.
• Have experience in developing team strategies, setting and achieving team budgets.
• Creating and developing a culture of knowledge, professionalism, and success.
• Expanding, developing, and maintaining close relation with global teams to ensure effective and efficient cooperation.
• Creating actions and strategy around business financial results
• Identifying and introducing potential new business.
• Being able to communicate in Dutch
• Previous experience in the Marine, Renewables or Energy market is preferred.
