About Your New Role:
As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Reporting to the Production Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- operating and monitoring production machinery
- performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
- ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- collaborating with team members to achieve production targets
- maintaining accurate production records
About You:
To excel in this role, you should have a strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not essential. We value individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent time management skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and be willing to work rotating shifts (afternoon, days, nights) on a 5-day rotation.
Shortlisted candidates will be given a site tour during the interview process, and successful candidates will be required to complete medical assessments including drug & alcohol testing.
