Atlas Professionals are looking for a passionate Team Lead to lead the Hydrographic Survey and Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) team in our Newquay office. The team focuses on very specialised roles within a very exciting, fast paced and cutting edge industry, working in all aspects of the marine sector from exploration to Offshore Wind

The Team lead role is perfect for individuals who are excellent communicators, driven, detailed, outgoing, passionate, and motivational leaders with a desire to lead a successful recruitment delivery team.

Job requirements

As a Team Lead you will be the first point of contact for the resourcing team working with them to ensure the delivery of candidates to clients is to the high service level expected. You will control processes and workflow from the moment an enquiry is received from a client until payment. In addition to this you will be required to have the following experience and skill sets

  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment processes particularly in an agency environment is essential.
  • You must have been a leader of a successful team.
  • Have experience ensuring your team are working to their best abilities and motivate them to achieve success.
  • Understand and promote processes supported by our experts in Tax and Legal teams.
  • Manage training, development, and performance of your team.
  • Monitor and enhance the proposal to placement fill ratio.
  • Provide regular evaluation and advice to the Business Manager regarding observations, updates, client feedback and margins.
  • Support the Business Manager with frame agreements and renewals in relation to recruitment process.
  • Experience identifying continual improvement and having a solution focussed approach.
  • Experience in volume contract management is preferred.
  • Familiarisation with working and engaging with unions and collective bargaining agreements.
  • HR and Benefit administration experience preferred.
  • An awareness of compliant payroll processing
  • Salesforce experience preferred
