Rotterdam, NL | Full-time | Cleanroom Environment
Join a fast-growing high-tech company building revolutionary semiconductor inspection systems. As an AIT Technician, you'll play a key role assembling, integrating, and testing cutting-edge machines used by the world's leading chipmakers. This is a hands-on position in an ISO 5 cleanroom where precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement drive everything.

Job description

What You'll Do

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components based on detailed drawings and procedures
  • Perform system-level integration and functional testing of highly complex machines
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate where necessary
  • Monitor component quality and report deviations
  • Ensure workspace cleanliness and follow strict safety and cleanroom protocols
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and project leads
  • Occasionally travel abroad to support system installation at customer sites






Job requirements

What You Bring

  • Background in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields
  • 5+ years in hands-on assembly and integration of high-tech systems (semiconductors, aerospace, optics, etc.)
  • Experience with tools, testing equipment, and cleanroom procedures
  • Strong understanding of materials and mechanical properties
  • Excellent teamwork and time management skills
  • Professional-level English fluency
  • Available full-time in Rotterdam, with flexibility to travel
