Our client in Houston is seeking qualified candidates for the position of HR / Personnel Logistic Analyst with the necessary expertise to carry out Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance (IRM) services as requested by customers aboard their offshore vessels. The role also includes ensuring the timely processing of payroll for the services rendered.

Job description

Plan, organize, control and advise client in the Human Resources Area.
Recruitment and Selection.
Hiring Process.
Personnel documentation and certification control.
Personnel Administration and Logistics.
Issuance of Visas.
Payroll, Compensation and Benefits Plans.
Personnel Training and Development.
General Administrative Support.
Monitor compliance with the corresponding Training Matrix and the validity of mandatory and non-mandatory courses.
Compliance with Indicators.
Deliver Induction Trainings.
Coordinate the integration process of the new employee with the involved areas.
Provide information to employees in relation to human resources issues or personnel logistics, work reasons.
Digitization of information.
Coordinate the admission interview, accompany and dismiss collaborators, gathering information to elaborate management charts.
Update and carry out the Employee Performance Evaluation process annually.
Analyze and manage processes of job descriptions, promotions, transfers, dismissals and any other type of personnel mobilization according to the applicable rules and procedures.
Conduct research on market trends in the area of remuneration and benefits, aiming to subsidize the definitions of the institution's remuneration policies.
Reception of clients, suppliers and collaborators; Attention to the general public; Making and answering telephone calls.
Communicate any irregularities to the superior sector, Report Indicators and Deviations.
Identify improvements in their sector and provide information so that together with the SGI can be analyzed, review procedures and records if necessary.
Actively participate in the IMS and respond to audits, even if not planned.
Raise awareness of the importance of the IMS for the company, as well as for all employees.
In addition to procedures and RPA's relevant to the sector, practice Safe Work at Desk, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting.
PAE in Onshore and Offshore

Job requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience: Minimum 2 year’s experience in HR and Personnel Logistics
Skills: Ability to manage people and teamwork. Proactivity, Organization, 
Assertive Communication. Focused on meeting goals and objectives. Office Advanced
Certifications or Trainings: Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law and related regulations, LFPDPPP, Annual training, areas related to the integration of Human Resources.
