Job description
- Project Manager for Company projects who follows he Stage Gate Process for typical hydrocarbon projects
- Facilitate a creative environment with high interaction - to ensure that all options and potential concepts are defined and developed
- Ensure successful execution and integration of the overall Project in the Concept Development phase (integrator of all deliverables from Facilities, D&W, Operations, Reservoir, Commercial etc.) and potentially also post DG2
- Ensure Project performance (Concept identification/ evaluation/screening, project execution, HSE, quality, schedule, cost, reporting, risk management) and overall deliveries of a Project
- Stakeholder management and communication to stakeholders
- Contribute to further development and improvement of Company’s processes and procedures
Job requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience from working on hydrocarbon projects
- Experience in working in the stages from pre DG0 to Concept Select and strong knowledge on the stages post DG2
- Master of Science or MBA
- Previous experience as Project Manager/Group Leader (or similar) with a proven track record for delivering results and managing groups of multi discipline team members
- Demonstrated ability to drive improvement and seek new solutions
Work location is either Oslo, Stavanger or Trondheim.
