Job description
- Elaborar formulários para pesquisas internas, criar relatórios conclusivos (resultados) e relatórios mensais;
- Contato/comunicação com pessoal onshore e offshore para coleta de informações/dados para relatórios mensais;
- Representar os Advisors em reuniões quando necessário, apoiar realização de auditoria interna, elaboração de relatórios mensais do departamento;
- Emissão de relatório para clientes, gestão de pendência em sistema eletrônico (responsável, prazo, etc.);
- Abertura de PR (Solicitação de compras) no sistema IFS;
- Entre outras atividades inerentes a função.
Job requirements
- Formação superior em andamento ou concluÃda, ou curso Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho;
- Inglês avançado;
- Conhecimento em Excel (avançado), Power Point e Power BI;
- Desejável conhecimento no sistema IFS.Â
- Disponibilidade para atuar em regime hÃbrido no Rio de Janeiro (onshore).Â
