Atlas Professionals are sourcing a Coiled Tubing Engineer for a Permanent position for one of our clients. 

Job description

The Coiled Tubing Engineer is the client focal point for the preparation and execution of CT and pumping services. The role will be responsible for managing client expectations, preparing technical design of services for the work scope required by the client.  Supporting the Coiled Tubing department with providing Technical Support during preplanning, job execution and post job analysis. Tracking and reporting of Revenue generated from operations and preparing for accounting department to create invoices.

Responsibilities:
  • Sharing knowledge across the department by submitting best practices and lessons learned
  • Conduct meetings to ensure all personnel are aligned with current and planned work scopes
  • Prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery and following up on field failures and ensure that the learning is shared across the team
  • Ensure invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash, with support from the finance department.
  • Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon with support from CT BD.
  • Support Finance Controller driving time efficient invoicing to minimise revenue impact.
  • Support sales and commercial requirements for the Coiled Tubing business as required.

Job requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of Technical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of operational experience
  • Excellent technical background in Coiled Tubing equipment
  • Strong personnel management skills demonstrating experience in building strong teams onshore/offshore.
Personal skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good collaborator with ability to build relationships, influence, and manage conflicts
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
