Execute planned crew change activities
Arranging visa’s, logistics etc. to execute successful crew change all over the world.
Verify crew candidates' qualification and documents
Ensure all crew comply with the training and certification as per company training matrix
Liaise with Manning agents on Flag State requirements.
Keeping track of the validity of documents and licenses for the crew
Update and maintain crew records
Gathering monthly crew statements (work & rest hours including expenses)
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Good computer skills
Good level of English
Good level of Latvian
Training/induction program for successful commencement of work
Dynamic and accountable assignment
Necessary equipment for the assignment
