Atlas Professionals are searching for an experienced Planner to join our client on a year long contract.
• Prepare the Time Management Plan, input to PMP.
• Drive time & resource management in compliance with processes and policies and ensure deliverables comply with defined quality standards.
• Support project management team in developing time schedules and human resource plans.
• Control / maintain time schedules and human resource plans and perform schedule and human resource analyses.
• Communicate and report progress, performance and forecast on a regular basis.
• Secure coordination and alignment between the package schedules and key milestones.
• Provide planning related input to the Close Out Report.
Tasks:
• Establish and maintain the Time Management Plan
• Support the project organization in developing and maintaining time schedules and human resource planning in accordance with guidelines and processes for the relevant phase including compliance and integration with portfolio standards.
• Facilitate appropriate weather downtimes are calculated based on OptiLog and included in the offshore installation schedules.
• Assist the project organization in the preparation of tender time schedules with project milestones for employer/external supplies.
• Facilitate that requirements to the suppliers' planning and progress reporting are included in the tender documents and contract documents.
• Collect progress data from the DPR system during offshore installation activities and update the schedule accordingly.
• Provide detailed analyses including scenario analysis, milestone tracking, critical path, float analysis and quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA) as required in the project.
• Review suppliers' time schedules and ensure compliance with the overall construction time schedule.
• Develop and maintain the Time Schedule Assumption Book
• Report progress, performance and forecast on a regular basis to the project management and Portfolio Management including Knock On analysis.
• Secure that the installation sequence is defined, optimized, and aligned.

Job requirements
- MSc or other relevant degree. Competence equivalent PMI-SP (PMI Scheduling Professional)
- Recommended 5 years of relevant work experience within wind and/or construction
- Recommended 5 years of experience from similar position
- Recommended 2 years of experience working in project matrix organisation
