For one of our relations located in the Northern part of The Netherlands, we are recruiting for a Control Room Operator/Technician, working in a 5 shift schedule.
You are responsible for conducting operator duties on the Treatment Center and monitor the gas production locations and (un)manned Treatment Centers in a safe, healthy and responsible matter. 

Job description

·        Operate the Treatment Center (TC), the remote locations and (un)manned TC (by DCS), operate and test run all emergency and backup systems TC within the working alone policy.
·        Start-up and shutdown all company production locations and (un)manned TC’s within its operating envelope by using DCS.
·        Report operations related highlights to the operations group by using the electronic logbook (PDW).
·        Monitor and manage daily and hourly production rates as per provided guidelines.
·        Record and report production related matters such as but not limited to production flow, condensate production, water production, water trucking, water injection volumes, etc.
·        Participate and provide production updates to operations and maintenance leads in the morning operations and maintenance update meeting.
·        Report observed risks and incidents and events as per company procedures.
·        Conduct regular HSE site visits.
·        Participate in ERP exercises as on site commander.
·        Provide inductions and HSE guidance to contractors working on company premises.
·        Conduct the role of Operational Responsible Person for i.e. work permits.
·        Conduct the role of Radiation Protection Supervisor (if applicable).
·        Understand compliance requirements from regulatory/ permitting and client policy perspective.
·        Actively participate in client Competency Development Management System.
·        Understand the necessary policies and procedures to conduct their job.
·        Conduct First Degree Maintenance (FDM) if so required.
·        Responsible for production vehicle, tools and equipment provided by client.

Job requirements

·        Professional technical level MBO
·        Between 1 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in Oil and Gas industry
·        Fluent in and Dutch and basic level in English

We offer a competitive salary as per client scales. You will start on a contract with us, which can be transferred into a direct contract with the client in due time.
