Job description
Key Responsibilities-
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in line with Global Wind Organisation (GWO) standards.

Assess delegates to ensure competence and compliance with GWO training requirements.

Review, update, and contribute to the continuous improvement of course materials in accordance with the latest GWO guidelines.

Ensure all training is carried out safely and in full compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.

Maintain training equipment to a high standard, ensuring it is safe, serviceable, and ready for use.

Perform routine safety inspections and checks on all training-related equipment and facilities.
Job requirements
Experience & Qualifications-
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate delegates.

Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to travel as required.
- Confident working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Training experience is not essential for this role but would be advantageous.
