We are looking for an ETO for an upcoming international project.
Job description
- Our client is looking for an experienced ETO for an upcoming international project, onboard a DP2 anchor handling vessel. This will be a temporary position, likely on two rotations of 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off.
The ETO will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting the electrical and electronic systems onboard the vessel, ensuring continuous safe and efficient operation of these systems. Given the complexity of a DP2 vessel, which requires redundancy and high reliability in its systems for safe dynamic positioning, the role of the ETO is crucial.
Applicants are advised that previous experience onboard DP anchor handling vessels is preferred. Also, the chosen candidate will be available for potential training and sea trials.
Job requirements
- - Valid STCW certificates
- OPITO approved BOSIET / FOET
- OGUK & Seafarers Medical
- DP Familiarisation Course
- GMDSS General Operators Certificate
