The role involves conducting electrical work on high and low voltage installations with safeguarding measures, performing instrumentation tasks such as calibrating transmitters and commissioning systems, conducting fire and gas testing to maintain safety standards, and adapting to operational needs by working on Walk-to-Work (W2W) vessels or helicopter-based teams as required.

Job description

As the go-to expert for all technical facility matters, you will:

  • Oversee daily facility operations across our two Rotterdam offices, including cleanrooms, labs, and warehouses.
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring all systems function smoothly.
  • Manage lab and cleanroom standards, troubleshoot issues, and handle safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for equipment installations and facility services.
  • Plan and implement procedures, while assisting in the development of new cleanroom facilities.
  • Lead and support the Technical Facility Assistant, ensuring efficient task execution.


Job requirements

We’re looking for a proactive and organized individual with:

  • A technical degree (MBO level or equivalent) and at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom operations (preferred) and the semiconductor industry (a big bonus).
  • The ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (B2 or higher).
  • Must be living in Rotterdam Netherlands, or in the surrounding area within a 45-minute commute to the Location.
