Atlas Professionals is looking for professionals to work as Instrument Lead with one of the clients of the office in Kårstø, Norway. It’s a temporary position in Norway. Do you have the necessary experience?
• Establish instrument philosophies and design.
• Supporting the automation discipline.
• Follow up and guide contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare technical requirements and tender documentation.
• Follow up fabrication, testing and installation.
• Secure close dialogue and alignment with operation.
• Minimum 7-10 years’ relevant experience.
• Project experience from instrumentation design.
• Multi-discipline understanding.
• Good knowledge of rules/regulations and standards
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team.
• High ethical standards
Ability to handle high workload.
• Travels must be foreseen.
Job description
For this position we are searching for a senior instrument engineer that can take a role in several of our ongoing projects at the Kårstø gas processing plant. You will be responsible for the instrument and automation design in various projects. This will involve participation in in house studies and further project maturation in close cooperation with our contractors and suppliers.• Establish instrument philosophies and design.
• Supporting the automation discipline.
• Follow up and guide contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare technical requirements and tender documentation.
• Follow up fabrication, testing and installation.
• Secure close dialogue and alignment with operation.
Job requirements
• Master or Bachelor of Science within Instrument and Automation engineering.• Minimum 7-10 years’ relevant experience.
• Project experience from instrumentation design.
• Multi-discipline understanding.
• Good knowledge of rules/regulations and standards
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team.
• High ethical standards
Ability to handle high workload.
• Travels must be foreseen.
