We are looking for a Motorman to assist with reactivation of the Safe Caledonia which is currently in Scapa Flow, Orkney, UK. It will be 4 x 4 rotation from 6th January and has the potential to run until the end of year for the right candidate. Due to the vessel being within 12NM you must either be a UK resident or hold a Frontier Worker Permit.
Compliance with the Company Integrated Management System including reporting as necessary.
Operation of equipment in accordance with Company procedures and safe limits.
To carry out watchkeeping duties as instructed by the Engineering Officer of the Watch.
Reporting the malfunction of any equipment to the Engineering Officer of the Watch.
Fabric maintenance and housekeeping within the technical spaces on board the Vessel.
Assistance with repair and maintenance of domestic and accommodation facilities as required.
May be required to act as Work Group Leader under Permit to Work system.
Flexibility with regard to fleet assignment.
Tank entry and tank cleaning duties will also be included
