We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Master to join our team on a crew tender vessel operating in Spain. As the Master, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company standards
Job description
- Command and manage the crew tender vessel with professionalism and competence.
- Ensure the safe transport of crew and cargo to offshore installations.
- Navigate and operate the vessel in accordance with international and local maritime regulations.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Supervise and lead the crew, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including logs, reports, and records.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and ensure the vessel is seaworthy at all times.
- Communicate effectively with port authorities, clients, and other stakeholders.
Job requirements
- Valid Master’s Certificate of Competency (COC) appropriate for the vessel type.
- Proven experience as a Master or similar position on crew tender or offshore vessels.
- Strong knowledge of international and local maritime laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus).
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness for duty.
