We are looking for a Multicat Master in a fixed rotation schedule of 6 weeks on and 6 weeks off.
Job description
The Master of a Multicat vessel is responsible for overseeing all operations of the vessel during a dredging project, ensuring safe navigation, effective teamwork, and successful completion of project objectives. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of marine and dredging operations.Job requirements
- Valid Master’s Certificate of Competency (CoC) appropriate for vessel size and operational area.
- Extensive experience commanding Multicat or similar support vessels, preferably in dredging or offshore projects.
- Knowledge of dredging operations, including anchor handling, equipment deployment, and marine logistics.
- Strong leadership and crew management skills.
- Familiarity with ISM, ISPS, and other maritime safety codes.
- Proficient in vessel maintenance and troubleshooting basic mechanical issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
