Job requirements
Online Surveyor x 2 – Category A or B accredited, educated to Hydrographic Survey degree level or a similar discipline. Must be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of Geodetics and Geodetic transformations, including vertical height reductions. Should have a demonstrable record in the use of Land Survey techniques such as deriving geodetic datums and using Total Stations / RTK for Dimension Control Surveys: Solid QINSy Online background to include the use and understanding of tide models, surface (RTK/DGPS) and subsurface positioning (USBL), cable tracking systems, MRU/INS systems, vessel and ROV derived MBES/SBES, water profiling, VisualDVR, ROV and Plough operations. Able to use AutoCAD to a good level. Preferably will have an electrical engineering background and be able to mobilise, calibrate and fault find equipment both hardware and software based. Preferably will have a track record with cable installation and/or ROV/Plough burial and survey.More info
