Job description

The Senior Schedule Engineer is a critical role within the Offshore Business focusing on the delivery of substantial program controls within the offshore project. The assignment is two projects, where the candidate will be responsible for development and analysis of the Project overall planning during its estimated 5 years or until operational hand over. The position may require occasionally travelling to various locations in the US and overseas and during development, contracting and delivery of key project controls the individual should be prepared to collaborate with teams working at different project locations.

Job requirements

  • Degree qualified or equivalent qualifications and experience. Master’s degree in engineering / business management preferred.
  • Proven experience in Offshore Wind/ Renewable/ Energy/ Infrastructure Projects.
  • 5 years’ experience in Scheduling & Planning large complex programs valued over $500M.
  • Advanced experience with Primavera Project Planner (P6), Microsoft Office suites and Document Management Systems.
  • Sound planning and analysis skills with the ability to look forward and see / anticipate problems and thereafter plan and implement mitigating solutions to negate the effect of such problems.
  • Ability to manage key project plans and contractor’s programs which require interface and precise coordination with multiple disciplines (structures, turbines, electrical cables, offshore substations, ports, and vessels).
  • Good report writing, presentation skills and ability to summarize key parameters and drivers impacting the project and business.
