Atividades:- Monitorar problemas e ações de melhorias em torno do processo da empresa;
- Compreender a necessidade de nossos clientes internos na elaboração e criações e soluções para o nosso sistema de gestão;
- Iniciar ações corretivas quando necessário.

- Experiência prévia na função;
- Conhecimento em sistema CRM e Salesforce;
- Inglês avançado/fluente (Será testado).
