Atlas Professionals has established clear and effective emergency response procedures in order to deal with emergencies and will respond to emergencies in a prompt and systemic manner. For medical emergencies, Atlas Professionals utilises the services of a 24/7 emergency medical provider, who is ready to coordinate and facilitate emergency medical treatment and repatriation on behalf of Atlas Professionals as required.
In the event of an emergency, Clients and Professionals and/or their relatives should contact their designated Atlas Professionals Account Manager in the first instance. If you're unable to reach the Account Manager, please ask for the Manager within that office. Has the emergency occurred after the designated office hours?
