Atlas have established emergency response procedures in order to deal with emergencies, and will respond to emergencies in a prompt and effective manner. For medical emergencies, Atlas utilise the services of a 24/7 emergency medical provider, who will coordinate and facilitate emergency medical treatment and repatriation on behalf of Atlas as required.
In the event of an emergency, clients and personnel and their relatives should contact their Atlas Account Manager in the first instance. If you're unable to reach the Account Manager, please ask for the Manager within that office. During Office Hours
During normal office hours, Account Managers may be contacted via their direct dial or mobile telephones. Up-to-date contact details can be found on our website under 'our offices'.
Out of Office Hours
Account Managers may be contacted via the out of hours service operated by each office, and are available via a duty rotation system in the event of emergency on a 24/7 basis. The out of hours telephone number is available on the landline answering service of each office.
