- Create a good QHSE reporting culture through leading by example, raising awareness, knowledge sharing, and lessons learned (registration and implementation)
- Monitoring, evaluation, and assessment of Contractors' QHSE behavior and performance using Synergi.
- Conduct regular QHSE inspections
- Participate and contribute to all relevant site and project QHSE meetings
- Act as subject matter expert in relation to QHSE
- Location: Offshore, Germany
- Rotation: 14/14 days
The consultant will be hired as an employee under an AUG License.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience with QHSE, from relevant fields of industry
experience with Offshore activities
- Have a full Global Wind Organization certificate and Oil & Gas UK medical certificate (incl. Chester step test)
- IT literate (Microsoft office package, knowledge of Synergi is an advantage)

The consultant shall provide assistance to the client's Offshore activities comprising of the following and as deemed necessary by QHSE Project Manager and QHSE Deputy Project Manager- Create a good QHSE reporting culture through leading by example, raising awareness, knowledge sharing, and lessons learned (registration and implementation)
