Job description
Our offshore wind client is seeking experienced Masters to join the crew of a brand-new US-flagged and Jones Act compliant offshore wind installation vessel. Candidates must be licensed Masters (Unlimited) with experience on large vessels, must be US citizens, and must be willing to join a maritime union.
- Start date: June 1, 2024
- Departs from: Providence, RI
- Rotation schedule: 4 weeks on/off
- Crew size: 30 - 32 mariners (plus additional offshore construction crew - will not be responsible for that part of the crew)
Job requirements
- Must hold US Citizenship
- Master of Unlimited Tonnage USCG certification required
- Previous experience on similar large vessels/offshore construction vessels desired
